To become a member of the CMS team, you must meet the employment requirements listed below for our nursing and allied health professionals.

Minimum of 2 years current clinical experience
Verified current professional license
Comprehensive specialty screening evaluation
Completion of annual mandatory JCAHO/OSHA/HIPAA education
Completed clinical skills proficiency checklist
Current CPR for the Health Care Provider
Current physical exam or general statement of good health with no work restrictions
Negative PPD within last 12 months or clear chest x-ray
MMRV titers
Proof of Hepatitis B immunity or signed declination
Documents establishing identity and work authorization
Negative 10 panel drug screen
National background screenings
Two professional references
