"I started my journey with Chesapeake Medical Staffing about 2+ years ago for two simple reasons; I needed a change from my ICU roots and flexibility with scheduling. During my partnership with CMS, I have been afforded the opportunity to be exposed to and have enjoyed working in many different specialties in nursing. I feel that these opportunities have shaped me as a healthcare professional and as a person, expanding my knowledgebase, making me more marketable and giving me the confidence that is needed to function at a competent level in many different facets of nursing.
