"I have worked for several different agencies, but never one like CMS that offers such a personal touch. I have been a CMS team member for 5 years and they still make me feel like they know me personally even though I don't know all of them. It seems as though they look at my profile and then hand pick shifts that are just for me. I have had shifts anywhere from ICU, ED, CVICU, ENDO, as well as private duty shifts in hospitals and in private homes.

"They respect my wishes as far as communication via e-mails and I don't get multiple phone calls on a daily basis asking me to work shifts that I may not be interested in. They know what I like and they work very hard to accommodate my very busy schedule.
